Only slept for 3 hours last night and I was pretty amazed I didn't doze off during the morning lecture...

I help you, you help me... I thought that's how the world spins... and through that we all grow and advance together... It really tires me when I kept repeating the same old stuffs over and over again, and it doesn't pass through and integrates in... And what's more, the situation worsens via zero initial consultation from others, and instead, individualistic personal opinionated assumed actions were being carried out... wth...
We should always change for the better, knowing how to handle things in a sensible way, say the right kind of things at the right kind of time with the right kind of people... I always thought those to be common sensical people psychology... We're not out there to beat people's morale down, but we should be there to spark them, encourage them, make them feel better so we can succeed together...
