Woohah I kana-ed bird shit on my head last afternoon during lunch at Canteen A... haha~ noticed a bird flew over us, and a few seconds after I felt something warm and wet on my head... I've guessed... BIRD SHIT~!!! *screams*
Haha immediately asked mummy to help me buy 4D and Toto liao... haha.. but didn't win leh... looked forward to tmr's 4D then.. haha...

Well anyway, I thought the bird shit was a blessing in disguise, as in my lab's plasmid transformation will work this morning... but duh, saw no colonies on my agar plate this morning... need to repeat the whole 2-day procedure ar... haha and prof Thiru gave me 4 more sets of mutation to do... i was like "wooAAhhHH" when I saw Mohan passing me the sets of primers... 8 tubes in total... superb~ at least more chances of getting colonies altogether~ Whee~!
