Oh well... Totally shagged myself out today... Held consecutively 3 lessons from 10am to 3pm... (no lunch!!!) only ate 2 small breads before work in the morning... and I was really too tired to get any food so I just managed to munch on my last bread on my way home... take a little little nap before doing my lab report and I only had my 'meal' at 7pm... I looked at myself in the mirror today...
Ignoring the pims (signs of 2nd puberty...), old...
I looked old... especially the reappearance of dark circles...
oh my...
cannot cannot...
I can't afford to speed up my process of aging...
I must do something about it!!!
