Yay mummy loved my merged Mothers' Day and Birthday present~!!! *runs round in circles* Well I kinda went through a tedious process in the making.... and I failed to make it the way i wanted.....

With mummy's birthday on the 9th May, I started sourcing for the ingredients on the 4th May (cos exams on the 3rd!) and started the making on the 5th. The end result before putting it to 'incubate' was rather pretty:

I took out on the 7th for spot check and shockingly I found that all my nice nice transparent light purple gel had turned brown!

Errr... kind of discouraged cos I didn't realised that the dried leaves can actually become soaked in the gel and and looked really soggy... So I was like 'oh my what I am I supposed to do???"....

Well so no choice gotta go make like 10 paper cranes and rush out hundreds of the paper stars on the 8th before the special day.... My fingers had blisters all over... ;( But haha but it was worthed cos mummy like the present!
